Shortly after being disappointed by Legion Traders, we arrived at Trotta's Hobbies, and we were relieved to find an LGS with active players, all wearing masks.

Selection
Trotta's is a typical LGS - it has a selection of sealed Warhammer, MTG, Pokemon, and board game products. Board games and RPG systems align the front and wrap around to the TCG products and registrar, finishing out on the far side of the store with Warhammer miniatures.
Cleanliness
The store was small but clean - the tables were in use but looked freshly wiped and the floors were also well maintained. There was an extra room in the back absolutely packed with excess stock - it looked messy but it must have kept the main store from being a cluttered nightmare itself. The shelving with the Warhammer stock was relatively dirty and unorganized, but it was the only such issue in the main store.
Friendliness
Play Space/Events
The store is small and has only two tables, neither really suitable for wargaming but perfectly fine for TCG play. The store holds pre-releases and such and also hosts painting groups for miniatures, but no Warhammer organized play.
Value
The Warhammer selection was older but interesting, with some figures discounted due to age or box damage. The sealed and unsealed TCG product was priced using TCGPlayer - resulting in myself purchasing a Zendikar Rising Collectors Booster Box! The store is bleeding edge competitive with MTG and Pokemon, and I even managed to find a deal on an AoS mini. Definitely a good store for value.
Niche Notes
The main note I have is that they had hard-to-find stock that I was awfully impressed with, both in TCG and miniature products. They also sold minis that had been painted already, if that is your jam.
Final Thoughts
Trotta was a highpoint on our trip southward; along with Red Seal it allowed us to begin and end with good experiences. Trotta is definitely a good store for shopping/value, and while their play space was small, the community seemed friendly and I would have no issue calling it my Local Game Store.
